Our Terms & Conditions

All sales are final we offer no refunds,

We require a non-returnable deposit of £30.00 for any order of £80.00 and over.  Once deposit has been taken this confirms a booking, 

We require balance due of payment 6 weeks prior to your wedding/special occasion.

Upon receipt of payment (6 weeks prior to the event) we must have outfit details and colour schemes.  We are always understandably happy to accept  that hairstyles and flowers might change thoughtout the approaching period.  Three weeks before wedding/special occasion final details hair/flowers must be submitted to enable suitable time for finishing.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day before 1 PM) is the only postal service we provide as stated on our prices page.  We welcome personal collection or customer may make arrangements of any other courier/postal service at their own personal costs. 

Our Wedding Cake Topper Set Up Service includes:  We will arrange to set the Wedding Cake Topper to the top of the wedding cake unless stated in writing before elsewhere.  It is advisable that you let us know when the cake will be arriving at the venue to enable us to set up and leave in plenty of time before the reception.  Please ensure care is taken when removing the topper from the cake - we suggest the flat of a knife under each topper then a slight twist to remove.  Our fee is for travel per mile per round trip and per hour or any part of the hour as stated on our price page.

Last Minute Orders:  We can take last minute orders. Full payment at time of booking -no refunds.

Christmas Wedding Orders:  Please ensure you give adequate time for this period of the year as we have a young family and wish to enjoy this special time with them.  We close the week before Christmas and reopen at the end of the first week in January. Please feel free to email us at this time and we will deal with your enquiry at our earliest convenience.

All consultations are made by appointment only.

We are happy to be contacted by telephone, email or letter to arrange a consultation.

Although we do not want to add this to our T&C we feel it must be covered - We DO NOT accept abusive behaviour of any sort on the telephone email letter or in person at a consultation.  This is a happy time for all and we feel priveliged that you are requesting our talents to make your day wonderful.

We are not responsible for any breakages once the product has left us in perfect condition.  Each item is packaged suitably to be transported to its destination.  Our products are NOT TOYS and should be treated with great care.  Any repairs or replacements requested will be charged for upon return of the item for assesment.

We reserve the right to refuse an order  if our terms and conditions are not adhered to.
